CEO
Eyo Ephraim is a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience in construction and property management. He has completed over $100 Million in capital projects totaling 200,000 square feet, managing teams of 50 – 60 people at a time. These include the NYU Langone project in New York and the World War I project in Washington DC. His financial management and engineering education enable him to deliver projects on time and under budget, saving clients millions of dollars to allocate to more pressing action items.
In addition, Ephraim is a real estate entrepreneur. He holds a portfolio of residential rental real estate properties that he leases to federal employees, and, through two private companies, provides property management services to other landlords in the MD, DC, VA region.
