The Company will purchase single and multi-family housing units, perform due diligence prior to property acquisition, ensuring the location is safe and desirable, and provide in-house rehab to lower investment cost. The Company will acquire off-market units and homes while managing pre and post rehab in-house through its Property management company, Ephraim holdings LLC dba. Stripe Management,. This investment vehicle is managed by Eyo Ephraim who owns the Management Company, Ephraim Holdings LLC, which is a licensed Property management and Home Improvement company in DC and MD.
The investment fund will:
- – Buy off-market deals
- – Stabilize for rental or rent-to-own income and higher sale price
- – Exercise multiple exist strategies to the benefit of our investors
- – Manages the properties and the renters in-house
Investors will derive income from both the rental fees and the sale of houses bought low, renovated, and sold at a higher price. Investment is leveraged by low overhead and in-house skills and services for property acquisition, renovation, and property/tenant management.
Ephraim Holdings owns and manages a portfolio of residential rental properties and provides residential property services to other rental owners, throughout safe and lucrative neighborhoods of DC, Maryland, and Virginia (aka DMV) areas. These services include state of the art property management, commercial cleaning services, facilities maintenance, lease enforcement, tenant recruitment and relations, condition reports, rent collection, accounting, online portals, innovative technology, communication, and owner support.
